Our bodies do not have it easy. Every day, we exposed to poisons in the air, water and even in our food! It is difficult to avoid this exposure, regardless of how healthy a life trying to live.

Unless you are able to eat only organic products, which could get pesticides in vegetables. If you eat meat, you may be exposed to amounts giant of antibiotics and growth hormones, even! The fish can contain mercury and other pollutants carried water.

These poisons to be a problem for your liver to function properly, can decrease your metabolism (as weight) and have plenty of other dangerous effects. Environmental poisons that are commonly exposed can lead to many forms of cancer, persistent fatigue syndrome and other ailments.

Naturally, you want to remove these poisons from the body as fully as possible. You might have seen some of the many ads toxing excluding pads. It seems a pretty fair – but these foot pads really work?

Kinoki and Avon are among the companies promoting these detox pads. These pills have been tested in 20/20 and a number of bloggers concentrating in the field of health.

The results? Discontent. Almost all subjects who tried the foot pads reported no change in health or sense of well being; surprising given that these were prepared the subjects who had hoped the pills would be effective for them.

Manufacturers of these pads that claim that their products become darker as they throw poison the body through the soles of the feet. One thing that all participants agreed in the pads are made in the dark turn of events. The other thing participants reached a general agreement is that the unpleasant smell – some even announced the smell made impregnate their bedding.

So what about the laboratory tests of the pills? Once again, alter, these poisons did not show any type in the pills after having been used. In fact, tests showed that the tablets became dark when exposed to water – the darkening of the tablets was caused by perspiration, not toxins. A simple test with distilled water showed that this alone will turn the dark pads.

The conclusion? Pretty simple – do not waste your money. These pills do not detoxify the body and whether a product is well-intentioned but poorly designed or a complete scam.
